The sample is forwarded to an independent lab for testing and a report is generated. Then proper remediation can be determined and performed. I know where and how to look for problem areas. This is important since it may be difficult for the average homeowner to know what to look for. Before mold ever becomes visible, it is microscopic. This requires sampling to be done. It is also important in order to be able to recommend a remediation procedure. |
